Throughout France there are hundreds if not thousands of redundant buildings of character and fine Historical Chateau falling into disrepair and ruin. (A selection of photographs as examples can be provided)
Derek S Grimshaw with over 35 years experience in Property as a Chartered Surveyor plans to do something about it.
Derek who now runs a successful French Property Finding Company - AMR4FRANCE.COM wishes to expand his restoration and conversion activities, and has established AMR CAPITAL PROJECTS with the aim of sympathetically restoring and sub-dividing these Buildings/Estates into luxury Apartments together with individual dwellings in the outbuildings. Immediate grounds will be full maintained and service charges will be payable.
Individual capital participation projects are being established involving anyone who has capital to invest and is looking for a healthy return and/or capital appreciation, together with the satisfaction or being involved with the restoration of these wonderful buildings.
Each project will have different criteria, operated under a separate Company, may be sold for a profit or retained for investment or perhaps offer individual/joint ownership opportunities. AMR will be offering a full sales and letting service, day-to-day management being undertaken locally.
A capital involvement of �250,000 up to several million is required depending on the size of the project and although Financial Partners have already been established for a number of pending projects, there is still the opportunity for the "Smaller" investor to be involved at the minimum �250,000 level.
Derek has gathered around him a team of first class professionals, who will initially assess the merits and profitability of any particular project and a full development appraisal will be presented prior to any investment commitment
